Original records from 1964-65 NY State Fair found in estate clean-out job

"It's a Small World" records found in cleanout job in Queens

Talk about a record find.

I found these records in an estate clean-out as I was going through various rooms, full of furniture. Left neatly in a dresser drawer, the records were inside of a white paper bag that says, “’It’s a Small World’ – a Salute to UNICEF.” It’s an original bag from the New York World’s Fair in 1964, as you can see from the writing on the bag. Next to it, I found a recording of The “Triumph of Man,” as presented by the Travelers Insurance Companies at the same fair.

Now, if I ever buy a record player, I’ll have something to throw on the turntable. Finding these records certainly ended the day on a good note.
