Hear, hear! New York junk removal service scores Westinghouse radio in basement cleanout
Listen to this!
Two weeks ago, I found this Westinghouse radio when I was giving an estimate for a two-family house clean out in Glendale, Queens. It was another situation where it was just sitting in the corner of a basement under a ton of junk, and the owner of the house saw how much I liked it. So, naturally, he just gave it to me.
It’s a Westinghouse Radio Phonograph, Model H171. It was produced in 1948. As one user from an Antique Radio forum put it: “It looks like a small end table.”
