Trash company DiMola Bros featured in Hurricane Sandy clean-up video

At DiMola Bros, we want to do whatever we can to help alleviate the damage caused by the horrific Hurricane Sandy, the October storm that devastated much of the east coast.

I was happy when Columbia University journalism student Michaelle Bond contacted me about a story she was working on that documents how people are cleaning up after the storm.

Michelle writes: “When Superstorm Sandy swept through the East Coast in October, it left mass destruction in its wake. For some, among the trash, opportunities lurked. Nick DiMola, owner of a trash removal and demolition business, found a way to further a hobby. Ben Wurst, an artist, found a place for Sandy in his pieces.”
